Sony has surprised us in 2012 by launching great phones in addition to the Xperia series. There are new phones line Xperia U, Xperia P & Xperia Sola. Another phone which was rolled out was Xperia ION. Lets have a look at the both the phones. Both the phones are packed with attractive features such as bigger display,Sony bravia engine, Good internal memory. Only 

Display

Sony Xperia ion has a bigger display of 4.55 inch compared to Sony Xperia S's display which is of 4.3 inch.The Sony Xperia S's screen has slightly more sharpness than the Sony Xperia ion’s screen. It is 342 ppi & has display resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels. On the other side, Sony Xperia ion's sharpness is around 323 ppi with 720 x 1280 pixels resolution.

Design

The Sony Xperia ion measures 133 mm length wise, 68 mm breadth wise and 10.8 mm in thickness where as The Sony Xperia S measures 128 mm lengthwise, 64 mm breadth wise and 10.6 mm in thickness.The Sony Xperia S is slightly heavier than the Sony Xperia ion. TheSony Xperia S weighs 144gms while the Sony Xperia ion's weight is just 144 gms.
