Thats a Giant Display 5-inch (480 x 854 pixels) TFT capacitive touch screen IPS display | a noticeable difference is the capacitive buttons to the bottom. compared to A100 thy didnt reduce the size coz of the buttons so u get a bigger screen and its huge.

A110 back got this awesome plastic back got a bumpy finish, reminded me on samsung galaxy ace back cover. A100 had a rubber back. trust me it looks like the samsung galaxy phone from the front and htc at the back.

Volume Rocker to the left. The silver line makes it look metallic and stylish.. but i preferred it to have a black finish only.

8MP auto focus camera with Dual LED flash, 0.3 MP front-facing Camera. and average sound quality speakers.

Processor & OS

Micromax A78 is driven by a 650 MHz CPU & Micromax A78 has Android OS operating system with version v2.3 (Gingerbread). There is no news about any update to the Android 4.0 ICS.

Memory

Micromax A78 is powered by 650 Mhz processor & has internal memory of  350Mbs which is decent. It is expandable up to 32GB using microSD.

Camera: Image & Video Quality

Micromax A78 sports primary camera with 3 mega pixel. It even has secondary VGA camera which is another great thing about this phone. Quality of camera is indeed a matter of debate but still getting primary as well as secondary cam in affordable device is great.

Battery

Micromax A78 contains battery of 1300 mAh capacity which will last for a day & half if used moderately. battery capacity is decent.
